Keto Picnic Bowl

Summer means lots of picnics and cookouts. So how do you stay on your Keto plan and still enjoy all that fun, tempting, food sizzling on the grill? EASY – make a Picnic Bowl!


It's so easy, and once you try it you will never miss the carbs. Just think, burrito without the tortilla, it’s just a loaded hot dog without the bun (or any other combo of protein, cheese, coleslaw, mayo, sugar-free ketchup, ect.)

The possibilities are endless, limited only to your imagination and creativity…a loaded cheeseburger bowl with burger, cheese, mushrooms, sugar-free ketchup, and home made mayo.


Just throw everything in a bowl and skip the bun. You might try bringing your own sugar-free barbeque sauce and making a shredded barbeque chicken bowl with cheese, and keto coleslaw.

Almost any combination will do, as long as you stay in the green and yellow zone of my Keto Food Guide.

DIRECTIONS:


In a bowl, cut 2-3 dogs into bite-size pieces. Top with your favorite cheese and microwave for 30 seconds. Top with mustard, kraut, and Keto Coleslaw and ENJOY!
